Rules & Regulations

Entry : Free of Cost.

1) Performer must report the venue in stipulated time The participants  reporting after the stipulated time  will be subject to the discretion & availability of slot

2)  Performer has to send his track with immediate effect after deciding the song. We also suggestthat the participants to be in right attire to look presentable on the screen.( Preferably Stage Dress)

3) There are more than 20  odd performers & participants has to come with mind set of waiting till the turn & not ask when will her /his turn come. If one has any next commitments, must complete & come. Must not request that he/she has next commitment & take his/her song out of the turn

4) Parking : On your own.

5) Whoever gets the link, please respond with the song & the track.( Please respond pronto as we have very limited slots) & you are requested to read all the rules & regulations beforehand, If requested that no one will approach us with request to prepone or postpone the performance. Participants reaching late @ venue will be given the chance only subject to the availability of the slot

6) Performers are requested to practice the song, preferably it should be will recited, musiclovers.asia will not provide any facility to watch lyrics & sing, We are trying to get lyrics stand but if not, performers must be prepared without seeing lyrics

7) About any circumstantial issue musiclovers.asia will have final say & everyone participating in the event, agrees to  abide all the rules & regulations above

8) Refreshments: On your own, an excellent cafeteria available adjacent to venue

9) Any participant violating any rules, which may spoil the decorum of the event will be dealt very strictly.

10) For any queries whatsoever ,please  feel free to call on 9867593244 prior to the event.. Lets use what`s aap only for sending tracks, I would appreciate direct call on above number for any communication, instead of whats app message

11) Please ensure that the track is not more than 4 mins,  must be properly edited & in MP3 format

12) musiclovers.asia reserves the rights of promoting the videos on all the media & the participant has no say about it whatsoever

13) The participants has to co-ordinate with their respective duet partners & ensure he / she reaches the venue in the stipulated time.

14) Entry: Free

15) Number  Song: one, either Solo or duet, ( Singer must keep one song on stand by  if time permits can have second one ,decision will be solely taken by musiclovers. asia

16) We wish to shoot about 20 songs in the stipulated time, Each participant can be accommodated therefore one is for sure other one to be kept on stand by

18) Any participant  violating the rule & spoiling the decorum will be treated as Dis-Quaified

Please do not wear "Green"We will keep publishing the  list of participants time  to time  & the songs in order to avoid the duplication of songs and the last minute disappointments as the slots are limited .
